A Sallisaw man is facing felony sex crime charges in connection with an alleged sex game he made three teenage girls play in his apartment.
Charles Alan Prudhomme, 20, was charged Tuesday with lewd molestation, two counts of lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child under 16 and one count of indecent exposure, according to court records.
At about 11:15 p.m. on March 27, Sallisaw Officer Travis Buchanan met with a woman at the police department regarding her 13-year-old daughter, who was mentally challenged. The woman told Buchanan that her daughter left her Sallisaw home at about 9:15 p.m. that same evening with a 15-year-old friend. The two were going to another location to get a friend and return home.
The woman allegedly gave the trio instructions to return home quickly but they had not returned. She told Buchanan that she did not know where the other teen lived, but she had heard mention of a man named Charles that lived in an apartment but she did not know anything else. While the officer was speaking to the woman, one of the other girl's mothers walked up and spoke with them. Other witnesses knew Charles and led police to Downtown Apartments in Sallisaw.
Buchanan reportedly made contact with Prudhomme, who said the teens were inside his apartment and agreed to get them.
The three teens then exited the apartment. The girl's mother and her daughter were walking away when Prudhomme asked if he was going to jail.
The mother of one of the girls walked back and said her daughter told her that Prudhomme made the three girls sit on the couch without any clothes on.
The girls told police that they arrived at his apartment and had been there for a short time when he told two of the girls to run across the street without their shirts.
After they returned and entered the apartment, Prudhomme locked the door and told them he wanted to play a game. He allegedly used four sticks, one of which had a black mark. Each person would draw a stick and whoever had the marked stick had to either remove their clothes or dare someone else to do so, the girls told police.
The 13-year-old drew the marked stick and was told to remove her clothes. She told police that she didn't want to but Prudhomme told her that it was the rules and she had to obey the rules. The girl did as she was told, the other two also removed some clothing.
During the game, Prudhomme allegeldy touched one of the girl's and exposed himself to them.
Prudhomme was taken into custody but declined to speak with police.
