Four years ago there were billboards and political commercials blaming President Obama for gas prices 35% over the year He was elected, from about $2.65 to around $3.85. Now that gas prices are about 75% cheaper than when he took office, should President Obama get the credit?

A: Yes. Energy policy and a strong dollar can be attributed to the President.

B: No. It has more to do with market influences and over production.
