THIS IS A BIT PERSONAL BUT I REALLY NEED TO KNOW WHAT OTHER PEOPLE WOULD DO IF THEY OR THERE LOVED ONES WERE IN THIS POSITION!
OK I HAVE THIS FRIEND....MORE LIKE A BROTHER TO ME THAT IS SITTING ON 1ST DEGREE MURDER RIGHT NOW FOR SOMETHING HE DIDNT DO!
THE ORIGINAL CHARGE IS 24 TO LIFE WITH POSSIBLE DEATH PENALITY RIGHT...
SO HERE THE DEAl my friend is innocent and the state knows this but in the state i live in if there is a robbery and a murder all parties are charged regaurdless if its your fault or not!
so my friend was just offered an new plea bargin for 10 yrs!! thats such a long time to sit and pay for something you didnt do....expecially when you have family and children whom miss there daddy sooo much.....
so the question is do you take the plea knowing you are without a doubt going to do some time for this or fight it in court and hope to hell you dont loose!
