| One of mybest girl friends has stage 4 breast/bone cancer. I saw her today for the firsttime in four years, seeing as we live only 30 mins away now. Well the reality tthat it's gotten worse has hit me. I love herdearly and was thinking maybe iI should read up on how to help/deal/cope with friends or family members with cancer. My grandmother passed fromit, but iIwas not around to see the eeffects it has. I will definitely be there for my friend in every way possible. Should Igo to support fgroups? Read books? Maybe just talk to her? I know me whining is nothing compared to how she feels nor am I contesting that I just want rtobe the best friend iI can be to her. |
